The tool tries many prepayment amounts from 0 up to this limit (each time you prepay: yearly / quarterly / monthly per your frequency). It does not mean you must prepay this much — only the ceiling for the search.
Search tries yearly EMI hikes from 0% up to this %. Example: 10 means the tool may suggest raising EMI by up to 10% each year. Leave blank to cap the search at 10%.
How Auto Optimize chooses prepayment vs EMI hike

It minimizes total interest paid (then shorter tenure if tied). It does not maximize prepayment. A plan with lower lump prepay but higher yearly EMI hike can win if it costs less interest overall.

Salary hike only changes results if Monthly income is filled: it raises how much EMI + prepay is considered affordable each year and raises the smart prepayment ceiling. With no income, the smart cap uses a % of loan size instead — changing salary hike alone then has little effect.

Example: from year 2 rate becomes 8.1%, from year 5 becomes 9.2%.
